Who Qualifies?
Eligible candidates must be in their second-to-last year of a four-year degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields, expecting to graduate between December 2026 and September 2027. Good academic standing is a must, and you must be fully available—this is no side hustle. -

Interns rotate through three Treasury teams in ten weeks, starting with onboarding, through back-to-back rotations and culminating in a capstone presentation. Weekly sessions with senior leadership, access to a World Bank-issued laptop, and visa sponsorship elevate this experience further.
