The LLF Accelerator is a program dedicated to empowering and propelling the growth of leather designers and entrepreneurs in an effort to foster innovation, business development, and industry expertise. Through the program, emerging leather brands will gain access to resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
The curriculum will be tailored to cover crucial aspects of the industry, including product design, manufacturing, branding, marketing, and e-commerce strategies. It will also feature guidance and mentorship from industry experts. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations, the program will also facilitate access to funding opportunities, marketplaces, and distribution channels.
Participants will develop a comprehensive business growth plan that incorporates the lessons learned throughout the accelerator program. This plan will serve as a roadmap for scaling their leather business in a sustainable and successful manner.
The top 10 businesses will be selected to exhibit for free at the Lagos Leather Fair 2024. They will be given an opportunity to pitch their ideas to investors at the Fair, with a chance of receiving equity-free grant funding.
Business support fund of 1,000,000 Naira will be awarded to the top 3 businesses.
