Tracy, who is the founder of Saint Tracys, a luxury Jewelry shop, started her business in Port Harcourt, and by 2015, she opened her 2nd branch in Ikeja Lagos, in 2016, she opened the 3rd branch in Lekki Lagos, and the 4th branch in Abuja.
Tracy, through the years, has impressively run the operations of all her branches from her base in Port Harcourt.
Speaking with Smartpreneur host, Tallulah, Tracy disclosed that it took immerse effort and discipline to handle Saint Tracys especially in its early days.
According to Tracy Uwom, one of the key points in running a business remotely is communication with workers or anyone that you have put in charge of overseeing your faraway business.
