  3. Creativity
  4. Social skills
  5. Knowledge

Vision

Every business starts with a vision born from an idea. What are your dreams for the business you’re building? How will the world be different because of your product, service, or brand? A vision statement is a great tool to help you communicate your hopes to your audience, and it can keep you and your employees focused on the objectives.

Once you have wrapped your grand vision into a tidy package, spell out your plan to achieve that lofty ideal. Your business goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound) and clearly tied to your vision statement.

Risk-taking

Are you comfortable with risk? That risk-embracing, adventurous attitude is a key aspect of the entrepreneurial mindset. Be prepared to fail. If your business doesn’t stay afloat, that doesn’t mean your entrepreneurial dreams cannot come true. Maybe it was the wrong idea, the wrong approach, or merely the wrong time.

Creativity

Creativity helps you spot business opportunities in everyday life. Always ask how your product or service could be better. Make sure creativity is built into your workflow.

Social skills

Social Skills are needed to be a good entrepreneur. Social Skills involve the following include networking, relationship building, team strategy formulation, etc.

Knowledge

Knowledge is the key to success. An entrepreneur should possess complete knowledge of his niche or industry.
knowledge enables one to keep track of the developments and the constantly changing requirements of the market that one is in. New bits and pieces of information may just prove as useful as a newly devised strategy.
Good entrepreneurs will always try to increase their knowledge, which is why they are always learners.
