To celebrate the 2020 International Women’s Day (IWD), Non-Bank financial institution, Rosabon Financial Services in partnership with MamaMoni, has empowered 100 women in Lagos state with a N1million grant.

Stephen Shofu, Marketing Communications Manager, Rosabon Financial Services -at an event to mark IWD- presented a cheque of N1million to Nkem Okocha, founder of MamaMoni foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization committed to helping women acquire skills in rural and urban areas.

Shofu stated that the grant was made available to industrious female entrepreneurs who are doing amazing with small businesses in tune with Rosabon’s commitment to support SMEs in Nigeria. Also speaking at the event, Nkem Okocha of MamaMoni foundation said: “I am thrilled that Rosabon Financial Services has celebrated this year’s International Women’s Day by giving N1million in grants to MamaMoni-empowered women to help them scale their businesses and to attain economic equality faster”
