In March, StartWeb hosted its first-ever virtual webinar and Q/A session in partnership with Haptics Academy, Grow with Google’s official training partner in Nigeria. To share some of the key takeaways from this webinar, here’s a short recap.

Where was the webinar hosted?

The event was streamed via Haptics Academy’s YouTube channel with one moderator for each session taking questions and providing further information for the attendees.

What were the training topics?

The webinar series revolve around Google Workspace tools, Google My Business, and teaching the participants to build their websites, e-commerce online store, and the tools required to manage multiple resources.

The sessions covered the following topics:

  • Use Google workspace tools for your business
  • Build any website you want for your business using responsive and customizable templates
  • Get Set Up With Google My Business
  • Create an e-commerce online store without coding or design skills.
  • Use data and insights to help your business grow
  • Manage Your Integrations, APIs & WebHooks All In One Place

In addition to the sessions, attendees were given a chance to ask facilitators questions through the live chat feature provided on the platform.

For the full webinar, check out the entire playlist on YouTube here.

Who were the sponsors?

The training was facilitated by Grow with Google and delivered by StartWeb and Haptics Academy.

The webinar series was also made possible with the support of Smartpreneur, CLI College, Emblue Space and Studios and BHM.

If you attended the webinar live, you can claim your certificate here

The StartWeb Academy is always looking for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and entrepreneurs-support organizations to partner and co-host with. If you are interested in partnering, please email chiamaka@startweb.africa.
