Right from my secondary school days, I’ve always been really good at helping people sell their goods fast. I’ve always known how to get people to buy whatever I’m selling, it was apparent that I’d go into the business of buying and selling.

When I entered university in my year 1 & 2 I’d always buy things like hair accessories, necklaces, and abayas from Lagos market then take them to school and within few days everything is sold out, it went on like that until I decided to take it to another level in my 300 level summer holiday, I did all my research, got the information necessary, made the right friends to help propagate me into the business.

My cousin advised that I post some goods on my WhatsApp status and Instagram story respectively, and so I did. posted some wristwatches and sunglasses and the response I got from people and family was so surprising, a lot of people made payment for the watches and I delivered too them and the feedback and reviews I got were good. I was so proud of myself, I couldn’t wait to achieve more.

Fast forward to June 12 of last year, after the lockdown I decided to open an Instagram page for my business I started with accessories, then in February 2021, I decided to add Tie-dye shirts and gowns to the business and those have become customer favorites.

Running a business in Nigeria is not easy in fact it can be frustrating but being consistent, having a good relationship with your customers, having faith in God will take you very far In your business.

Being an entrepreneur has been a very wonderful experience, sometimes tedious and full of ups and downs, however, I am determined to achieve more and sore higher.

I’m not where I want to be now but I believe I’ll get there soon.
