Hazel Oyeye Onou alias Whitemoney emerged winner of the sixth season of Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye edition yesterday, Sunday October 3, 2021.

Before Whitemoney was announced the winner, the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked him about his next step. To this, Whitemoney AKA Mazi replied that it’s all about business for him.

This is a bit different. A lot of housemates normally mention entertainment, movies and music as the next thing for them upon leaving the show.

Whitemoney’s response was expected as he had always talked about business while in the Bbnaija house and the various businesses he’d tried his hands on, from running a barbing salon to selling male footwear to making and selling his own lip cream and so on.

Whitemoney is a serial entrepreneur. He is a native of Enugu State. We are guessing this contributed to his knack for entrepreneurship due to the Igbo apprentice system practiced widely by easterners in Nigeria.

Whitemoney beat other housemates to clinch the prize after an intensely competitive 77 days.

Liquorose was the last woman standing in the competition and the first runner-up.

Pere came in third place, Cross fourth, Angel fifth and Emmanuel finished sixth.

The Shine ya Eye edition of the reality show will go down in history as the most successful season, having recorded over a billion votes.

The finale, featured live performances by Made Kuti, Avala, Lojay, Ajebo Hustlers and Laycon.

Abeg was the headline sponsor of BBNaija Shine Ya Eye, and Patricia was the associate sponsor.
